About

My name is Amanda Potter, Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker. I received my Master’s in Social Work from Simmons College in 2010. I also have a BA in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College, class of 2005.

I have a background in working with people of many different age ranges, coping with many different issues. Recently I have honed my focus down to working with people coping with grief and loss. This includes feelings of grief that come from life changes, such as the ending of a relationship, unexpected job loss, or other life disruptions.

I use many different therapeutic techniques, which can be customized to your unique needs.
